Curiosity has led me to explore life in all its facets. As an Applied Physics engineer and project manager, I have navigated the wide, slow-flowing rivers of several multinationals in the Netherlands, as well as the rapids of a Silicon Valley startup. Along the way, I’ve explored the world by bike, foot, packraft, ski, ice skates, and dogsled, learning about different cultures and picking up new skills. For over two decades I have called Talkeetna, Alaska home. In the summer, I run the Flower Kennel and Homestead, hosting guests for off-grid homestead and sled dog kennel tours. The rest of the year, when I’m not nerding out at my computer, you’ll find me in my garden, working on homestead projects, or exploring the Alaska wilderness with my sled dogs. As a web designer, I love talking with clients to understand the essence of their organization and translating it into a high-performing website.
